 Only when advertised, our products are either branded, was branded or was originally intended to be sold in a famous high street store. The original manufacturer may have intended to sell garments for a certain price. This is what is called the intended retail price as shown on our promotional graphics. For legal reasons, we cannot use any retailers logos, tags or labels. Therefore, on all our clothes, these will be removed or visiablly 'blacked out'. Actual brands of clothing that do not mention retailers can be used, therefore logos and labels will appear. If the famous retailer is no longer trading, we will use the logos, tags and labels where available. All items may be de-branded to stop fradulent returns, to prevent copyright infringement or to obey with trading regulations. Product quality will not be affected. Ie. 'Originally made for Topshop. Originally destined to be sold in Topshop stores at full retail value.' De-branding may involve the removal of retail tags within the garments or the distortion of any logos so they no longer represent the original manufacturer.

All prices include VAT at current UK rate where applicable. Certain products are VAT exempt and are adjusted accordingly. All images are for illustrative purposes only. We replicate the image of our products to the best of our ability. However, as with all digital technology processes, the products may differ ever so slightly. Stock levels vary from day to day. We, therefore, cannot guarrantee that stocks will last to the end of any given time period. All offers, products, vouchers or discounts (of any sort) have expiry dates and are subject to change in price or stock level, and are available while stocks last only. Please make yourself aware of our disclaimers and terms which will always be provided along with any offer.
 We reserve the right to serve anyone or to cancel any order, and to limit the amount of stock sold to an individual customer. We also reserve the right to change the prices of our products without notice, both increases and decreases.

Returns Policy:
Please note; our web business is an independant entity. It is based on premisis away from our stores. This means that you cannot return items that were bought online to our stores. You must return them in the post or via courier. If you require a refund or exchange, you must have a registered order on our system or present your proof of purchase, ie. email confirmation from us. All goods must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging and in a saleable condition. We are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of purchase. Our 14 day money-back guarantee only applies to stock returned in its original packaging, usused, along with the proof of purchase. Faulty items are covered by a 28 day policy. The item should be returned in its original packaging along with the proof Of purchase. Where a fault or the cause of a fault is not initially apparent to our staff, we reserve the right to send the item for examination or testing before deciding on what action (if any) to be taken. This does not affect your statutory rights. All returned items must include a note of your order details, including the buyers full name and address, with the date of purchase. The note must include the buyers desired needs, ie. 'exchange for size x'. All returned items will be quality checked by our in-house merchandise condition department. Here, items are put through rigorous checks using trade-known techniques to determine if the item is unused and is in a saleable condition. A report will be filed with each returned item and if necessary, the item will be returned to the manufacturer for examination.

Trading Regulations:
 We will not tolerate aggressive, threatening or offensive behaviour towards our staff or any of our employees. Any person(s) behaving in this manner will be banned from using the website and blocked from communications. Such persistant behaviour will be reported to the police and trading regulations. All customers should be aware that we are unable to refund or exchange mens or womens underwear. This is due to hygiene reasons. Customers are advised to check their orders at every possible chance, including correct delivery address, correct product variations etc. Any mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date. We have various means of security on the website including monitoring irregular payments. Our RRPs (reccommended retail prices) have VAT included. RRP sources vary from product to product. These include manufacturers intended retail prices, suppliers actual selling prices, internet and retail database price research, average competitors current sell prices and suppliers expected market values. Age restrictions apply on certain products; please see any notices for each specific product. All goods on the site remain the property of Price Crop ltd until payment has been accepted. We reserve the right to stop trading at any time for any reason.

Email advertising:
 If you have received an email form ourselves, it means we have acquired your email address by various legal means of media, promotion, or our existing in-store customer database. You will, therefore, be sent emails from ourselves informing you of our current discounts, best in-store offers, price discount vouchers etc. We will never use your information for any other purpose apart from informing you about our company only.
We will never sell or distribute your information to third parties, other companies or organisations. You have the option to opt out of our mailing list at the bottom of our emails which would mean you would no longer receive any further offers, promotions, vouchers or discount entitlement from us. Customers wishing to opt out must do so this way as no other way would be recognised by our system. Customers who have opted out and unsubscribed from our mailing list should be aware that there may be a delay between having clicked the unsubscribe link and actually being removed from our mailing list. This is due to the server response speed between the customers PC and our server. Between this time,
 these customers may still receive email offers until our server has updated. As with every company, there is a very small possibility that after unsubscribing from our list, you may still receive emails from us. This would be down to a technical error and would be out of our control.

 Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. Return Policy - Further information:
We accept returns on faulty items only. Any items being returned back as faulty or damaged must be in 100% perfect condition, other than the fault you have found, and totally unused. Once we receive any faulty items back, they are sent to our supplier or manufacturer for a quality test to determine how and when the fault occured. We then receive a report back from the manufacturer or supplier. If any fault or damage comes back as 'accounted for', this means it will be exchanged for a new one and sent to the customer with a refund of return postage. If no fault is found or the fault was not present at dispatch and the courier's report has cleared the boxes damage-free at delivery, then there will be no  refund or exchange, and the tent will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. 

Any item that has a variation in size and you have ordered the incorrect size, can be returned to us at your own expense of return postage. In accordace to  distance selling regulations, if the customer has made the error in ordering, then the customer must get the item back to the seller, just as they would in a general shop. If you do return an item because you made a mistake in size, we will then, send you the correct size
back. Items returned must be in 100% perfect condition, as delivered to yourself. A quality check will happen to determine if the item is in a resellable condition and unused. If the report states that the item has been used or is no longer in an resellable condition, the customer must pay for the item to be returned to them or the item will not be returned.

Any item returned to us, must include a note with;
"Customer name
 customer's address
 Sale Date
 Reason for return"
Failiure to do so will delay the procedure.

Any item that has been sent incorrectly, (ie. the order states you bought a size 18, but received a size 16) then this is the seller's mistake. If this occurs, send the item back as normal, include the reason for return as wrong item received. We will refund postage to your paypal account and send the correct item to you. If we decide any error in an order was our mistake, we will only ever refund postage at Royal Mail 2nd class current rate. If you choose to use any other service, you do so at your own expense.

If an item is returned with no recollection of the sender or reason for return, nothing will happen to the item/order. If an item is returned for no reason, or for a refund, we remind customers that we would only ever exchange an item that is found to be faulty at dispatch. On clothing, you have 7 days to return an item that is faulty for a replacement.

Returns may take up to 14 days to complete reports, checks and determine a solution.

None of the above affects your statutory rights to cancel an order with 7 days where you (the customer) would write to us informing us of a cancellation and you (the customer) would pay the return postage if a cancellation is made and where the item is 100% unused, untouched left in a resellable condition in all packaging with tags etc. Please see distance selling regualtions website for full information.


We offer delivery worldwide on almost every item. Some countries and territories are excluded for various reasons, mostly because of specific customs and import laws. Some items we will only post to the United Kingdom, European Union, etc.

Certain items we sell weigh so much that we do not post to anywhere else other than mainland UK. This is due to the postage being far too costly to be competitive. All the parcels over a certain value and over a specific weight bracket would need insurance, compensation etc before any courier would do deliver.

We have discount for multi buys on all the items we possibly can. Some items can only be sent seperately beacause of how they are packaged. Where multi buys would increase the size of the package, this may make the parcel over a certain size causing it to fall into a higher priced postage rate. We do all we can to help with postage. We do not make any money out of postage and packaging.

Our delivery costs are worked out by (1) the weight of the item, (2) the postage destination, and (3) when in UK you can upgrade the delivery service. The more the items weighs, the more it costs to post.

When buying multiple items, the weight of each item is added to the next. This works in you, the customers, favour as you are not paying for each item, instead, you are paying for all the items combined!

UK Postage

Standard UK delivery. This service aims to deliver within 3-5 working days to reach all UK post codes. Most items are usually delivered within 2-3 working days however. In some instances, this may take up to 10 working days. We do not guarantee any delivery time.

Next Day UK delivery. This service aims to deliver the next working days to all UK post codes when an order is placed before 12 midday. If we recieve your order before this time, it will be dispatched the following working day for a next day delivery service. We do not guarantee any delivery time.

Overseas Postage

European Union delivery. This service aims to deliver within 10 working days to reach all EU countries. Most items are usually delivered within 5-7 working days however. We do not guarantee any delivery time.

Rest of the world delivery. This service aims to deliver within 10 working days to reach all countries that are not part of the European Union. We do not guarantee any delivery time.

We use a number of delivery and logistics companies based in the UK. Mainly, these consist of The Royal Mail, A to B Direct and UK Mail. We do use others. We can track all of our deliveries through our system, however, this comes at an additional premium to us. We will only use this at our discretion when needs be.

Customers may need to sign for delivery services that we offer. If no one is available to sign for an item at the address provided, the item will be stored securely at a local depot, and it is then your responsibility to pick up the item. We cannot guarrantee delivery times or dates.
